                    TREDEPICA FILTER SYSTEM v8.7
                         A Guide for Everyone
================================================================================

ABOUT THESE FILTERS
-------------------

These filters were created to solve a simple problem: too much gear, not enough
inventory space, and no time to manually check every piece.

The filters are STRICT but SYSTEMATIC. They won't keep everything - that would
defeat the purpose. Instead, they keep pieces that have genuine potential while
clearing out the obvious junk.

Were they built perfectly? No. But they were built as carefully as possible,
with every rule thought through. They will be improved over time based on
feedback and testing.

THE TWO FILTERS
---------------

You have two filter files:

1. STORAGE FILTER (TredepicaStorageV8_7.txt)
This is your main filter. It evaluates gear in your artifact storage and
decides what to keep, upgrade, or sell. It checks gear at multiple levels
(0, 8, 12, 16) to give pieces multiple chances to prove themselves.

2. DUNGEON FILTER (Tredepica_DungeonV8_7.txt)
This runs during dungeon farming. It's simpler and faster because you're
getting hundreds of drops. It quickly separates obvious trash from pieces
worth sending to storage for deeper evaluation.

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND THE RULES
-------------------------------

Every set in the game serves a purpose. Damage sets need damage stats. Tank
sets need tank stats. Support sets need support stats.

The filters recognize this and apply different rules to different sets:

DAMAGE SETS (Savage, Cruel, Lethal, etc.)
Looking for: Speed, Crit Rate, Crit Damage, Attack%
These are for your nukers. No point keeping a Savage piece with HP% and RES.

TANK SETS (Immortal, Resilience, Stalwart, etc.)
Looking for: Speed, HP%, DEF%, Resistance, Accuracy
These are for your tanks and support champions who need to survive.

SUPPORT/UNIVERSAL SETS (Speed, Relentless, Reflex, etc.)
Looking for: Flexible combinations depending on use case
These sets work on many different champion types.

ACC-BASED / DEBUFFER SETS (Cursed, Stun, Provoke, Frostbite)
Looking for: Speed, Accuracy, HP%, DEF%
These are for champions who apply debuffs. Accuracy is essential for landing
those debuffs, while HP% and DEF% keep them alive.

SPECIAL SETS
Some sets have unique rules. Feral is rare and always kept. Stonecleaver
is damage-only. Protection allows some flexibility for set completion.

HOW THE FILTER DECIDES
----------------------

When the filter sees a piece, it asks simple questions:

1. Is this set worth keeping at all?
(Junk sets like Life, Offense, Resistance are auto-sold)

2. Does it have the RIGHT main stat for this piece type?
(ATK% boots on a tank set? Sell.)

3. Does it have GOOD substats?
(The filter looks for specific stat combinations, not just individual stats)

4. Did those substats ROLL well?
(A piece with SPD that never rolled into SPD is worse than one that did)

The filter requires COMBINATIONS of good stats, not just one good stat. A
Savage weapon with only Speed but no Crit Rate or Crit Damage? Not good enough.

WHY FLAT STATS ARE IGNORED
--------------------------

You might notice the filter doesn't care about flat stats (ATK, DEF, HP without
the % sign). This is intentional.

On 6-star gear, percentage stats almost always outperform flat stats. A piece
that rolled all its upgrades into flat ATK instead of ATK% is significantly
weaker. The filter treats flat stat rolls as "wasted" rolls.

This means: if your piece has SPD(2) and ATK(2), the filter sees it as having
only 2 good rolls (the SPD), not 4.

WHEN GOOD PIECES GET SOLD
-------------------------

Sometimes the filter will sell a piece you wanted to keep. This happens when:

- The piece has an unusual stat combination the filter doesn't expect
- You have a specific champion build that needs "off-meta" stats
- The piece is good but not good ENOUGH by the filter's standards

This is where custom rules come in.

                         BEFORE YOU START
================================================================================

IMPORTANT: Before running the filter on your actual inventory, we STRONGLY
recommend using the SIMULATION feature first.

The simulation will show you exactly which items would be kept and which would
be sold, without actually selling anything. This way you can review the
decisions and make sure you're comfortable with the results.

The Storage filter is designed to keep a wide variety of useful items, but
everyone's account and needs are different. Use simulation to verify the
filter works well for YOUR inventory.

                         FINAL NOTES
================================================================================

These filters represent many hours of work trying to balance strictness with
practicality. They're not perfect, but they're systematic and logical.

If you find patterns of pieces being wrongly sold, let me know. The filters
will be improved over time.

Remember: the goal isn't to keep everything. It's to keep what matters and
clear out what doesn't, so you can actually find your good gear.
